Somewhat of a regional figure early in his career, Sornay nonetheless exhibited at two major Parisian exhibitions in his lifetime (1925, 1937) and his work is in demand internationally today. First edition, hardcover, published by Beau Fixe in 2002, with text in French by Thierry Roche. Fully illustrated in both color and black-and-white. Light bumping and rubbing to extremities.
